Formbear runs on infrastructure we own outright in Germany: the application and the database both. Your forms and responses never leave the EU, and are never routed through US-region services.
The AI assistant sends your prompt, the structure of your forms, workspace summaries, response aggregates, and a bounded sample of responses to Mistral AI, headquartered in France, and only when you use it. Mistral processes that data to answer the request and never uses it to train its models.
